Supergirl will be moving from CBS and will now join The FlashArrow, and Legends of Tomorrow on the CW for Season 2 of the popular show. EW reported the move that sends the popular show to the CW where its superhero TV show counterparts reside.

All four series are executive produced by Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg and will no doubt work more seamlessly now that one of their biggest shows is on the same network as the rest of the gang.

For fans of the shows, especially DC Comics fanboys and fangirls, this is great news as a crossover between the series will be much easier. There are endless possibilities of how the shows can work together on massive storylines from the comics.
For the cast of Supergirl, it’s a huge move and one that may not bode well for the future of some of its cast members. It’s not only a network move but one that requires moving production from Los Angeles to Vancouver.
David Harewood, who plays J’onn Jonzz/Martian Manhunter confirmed the move as well as the series order for the show.
